Kips Bay Towers is a two-building condominium complex in the Kips Bay neighborhood of Manhattan with a total of 1,118 units and a private 3 acre landscaped park, which is rare in NYC.

Designed by architects I.M. Pei, S. J. Kessler and James Ingo Freed, in the brutalist style, the complex was completed in 1965.
